We trust you are keeping warm and safe on this wintery day!

Our Education and Advocacy Committees met this morning, mostly virtual, but a couple of hearty volunteers made it in for some fresh Seventh Coffee Company Winter Blend. If you have an interest in improving the Brantford-Brant environment for business, a pressing problem in Education, Training, Skills Development, or are looking for an efficient and effective way to voice your opinions and make a difference on municipal, provincial, or federal issues impacting your business, consider volunteering for either of these committees. Contact David for more information about the mandate and goals for these two long-standing Chamber committees.

The Chamber also met this morning about the City of Brantford’s New Zoning By-law Review Project. We encourage you to explore this exciting initiative that will implement the City’s Official Plan, and establishes new guidelines for how the City will grow. We look forward to engaging with the County of Brant’s process underway now as well. The Chamber is pleased to receive and forward your individual feedback as well.

Have a great week!
